I Had Cataract Surgery A Few Weeks Ago (April 13

I had cataract surgery a few weeks ago (April 13 for my right eye and April 27 for the left eye). The first couple weeks after surgery for my right eye, I noticed slight discomfort only occasionally in one small area under my lower lid, and only when the area was touched. There was no redness, no swelling, and I never thought to mention it to my ophthalmologist during my post-surgery exams because it seemed to have gone away or wasn't a problem most of the time. He never noticed anything either. My last post surgery exam for my left eye was last week, and he checked both eyes, and has now turned me back over to my regular eye doctor. A few days after that appointment, I noticed the area in question started hurting a little again, and I noticed slight pale redness and a little swelling. Last night I noticed a white dot on the edge of my lower lid right above the area. From what I'm seeing on the internet, I'm thinking this might be a stye. I've never had a stye before, but it's my best guess. It looks better this morning than it did last night, so I'm not sure this is enough of an issue to call my ophthalmologist for an appointment, but I probably should. Is this a common occurrence after cataract surgery? He took me off the eye drops for my right eye (I was taking prednisolone 6x a day/then 3x a day, Prolensa 2x a day, and Vigamox 4x a day for about 3 weeks). I'm still taking those eye drops for my left eye for another several days.
