I Had Circumcision Due To Phimosis On 25.12.2012. ( 2

I had circumcision due to phimosis on 25.12.2012. ( 2 years and 7 months ago ) and been left with the unpleasant scar under the glans on the right side. I saw urologist couple of times , but been prescribed steroid creams mostly. I even went to another operation for surgical scar removal, but unfortunately things did not improve. I am still having problems as the place is very sensitive. It gets easily irritated and often inflamed.What is the best thing I can do to remove that scar or just improve its appirance ?
