Could My Ongoing Difficulty Standing, Walking, And Lifting My Arms Since An L4 Fracture Two Years Ago Be Permanent?

I had had several falls on a concrete floor almost two years ago. the MRI showed I had a large fracture at the L4. SINCE THEN, I Can t STAND UP STRAIGHT OR WALK WITHOUT LEANING ON SOMETHING. I Can t LIFT MY ARMS ABOVE MY SHOULDERS I Can t WALK MUCH AND STANDING MORE THAN 5 MINS IS DIFFICULT, I LIVE IN A TWO-STORY HOUSE AND I HAVE TO CRAW UP THE STAIRS ON NY KNEES. I AM WORRIED ABOUT FALLING DOWN THE STAIRS. I WANT TO FIND A SINGLE STORY HOME SO I DON T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT STAIRS
