I Had Irregular Periods, Could I Be Pregnant ?

Had sex got my periods and then missed the next month could i be pregnent me and my boyfriend had sex but this time without a condom, he came out early but he might have had pre*** I inside me. to be on the safe side i took the after pill the plan b and this in jan, I feb I got my periods but I have missed my periods for march I was meant to get them in the 1st week its the 3rd week of march, but got my feb periods could I be pregnant ?
