I Had My Peers On 29 October,2015..I Took Three Pregnancy

I had my peers on 29 october,2015..I took three pregnancy tests which came out negative,,are there still chances that I can be pregnant...pilz help... 2.I was told that I have hormone imbalance,,and I was taking orancon-f and would have my periods normal bt as soon as I stop they also stop coming,pilz help am trying to have a baby??
