I Had My Wisdom Teeth Moving, Please Suggest Me Remedy
I had my wisdom teeth out like 4 years ago. The last week i noticed my teeth, (the four in the front bottom) started to feel like they were being pushed like they did before i had my wisdom teeth out. like 2 years ago, for a checkup, the dentist noticed a spot on my Xray, below my bottom front teeth and had asked if i was having problems. i wasnt. it was news to me actually as the previous dentist never metioned a thing. They said it could just be an artifact. Well, now i am having discomfort as i did before and in the same area where there was something showing on my xray. Any ideas what this could be!? i am kinda worried!

Thanks for asking query,
According to your explanation it seems that your having abscess relating to these teeth it can be periodontal or periapical abscess.It can be differentiated after proper clinical and radio graphic examination for that i suggest you to visit your dentist.
Maintain good oral hygiene.
take tab oflox-ornidazole twice, tab dolomol twice.
use antiseptic mouthwash.
Get the scaling done and abscess drained.

According to your clinical history i suspect the dark shadow seen in the x ray is nothing but indicative of periapical infection in relation to lower front teeth.
It is nothing but bacterial infection that spreads to the deeper structures of the tooth and involves the tooth nerve tissue leading to pulpitis.
We can save such infected and fractured tooth by root canal procedure, provided the periodontal status of the tooth is good. That is, if the tooth is not mobile.
Root canal procedure disinfects the tooth by removing the infected nerve tissue and the root canals are cleaned,shaped and filled with permanent restorative material.
Once the treatment is completed , the tooth can be restored with a prosthetic crown coverage.

The spot under the bottom front teeth may be due to the periapical infection arised from trauma,decay or periodontal infection.
Pus may be accumulated beneath the tooth.
It has to be drained and curetted thro' root canal treatment procedures.
Take antibiotics after consulting with your dentist.
Maintain oral hygiene well.
Rinse frequently using warm saline and betadine.
The dark spot will gradually vanish,once the treatment procedures are undergone.
Take care.

Maintain a good oral hygiene, use antiseptic mouthwash gargles twice daily.
Go for complete mouth scaling and polishing and curettage of the affected area.

Hi, the periapical infection that showed on the x ray has become symptomatic now. You may have had an injury to the front teeth long time back which you may not even remember. The resulting bone damage and pus formation is causing the pain and discomfort. Please take a new X ray and consult a dentist to know if you need a root canal treatment. Take care!

can get a clear picture only after viewing your xray. better visit your dentist and even can take xray now (recent) , check for infection. then your dentist will decide the treatment accordingly whether to go for rct or other options. take care.

ever remember injuring your lower front teeth or were u treated for a cavity in those teeth, should be a root infection which requires a root canal treatment,visit your dentist soon before it swells
