I Had Neck Fussion On March 10 C45 And C56

I had neck fussion on march 10 C45 and C56 everything is fine however in july start with sharp stabbing pain in left temple the doc did right and left tempel biousy they have been treating me with steriods since august. they are takeing me off the steriods but then the headaches thee headache will come back the doc said he thinks it is mirgrains but i have had them before and the pain is totally different eyes blurried and get constant dry irritated eyes what should i do
