I Had No Bleeding But Doctor Says There Is A Miscarriage
Doctor said i miscarried today but i am not bleeding . im 21, 5 1, 133lbs. A blood test showed i was pregnant . Then I went to a hospital with fear of an tubal pregnancy because of the pain I ve been in, only for them to tell me i miscarried. I ve been having abdominal pain for 10 days as if I were getting ready to start my period again. I am still a little confused because the doctor told me that there was nothing he could really do and that the ultrasound would not be able to dectect this early so he didnt do it. my estimate pregnancy would have me being 4 weeks. Has anyone else been through this? I have a toddler already and the signs of pregnancy were very different.

may be you have blighted ovum soon after conception ,and no bleeding
as per your statement you were expecting period and had pain and blood tests showed pregnancy
if you do not have period or no normal period or even normal period get pregnancy test done again
some times pre menstrual pain as experienced in previous periods may be there even with pregnancy
consult gynecologist and get check up and treatment as required
