I Had Protected Sex With My Friend 9 Months Ago

I had protected sex with my friend 9 Months ago in states and then got a job in gulf so before departure I have gone through mandatory tests and was negative then (one month after sex) now I am in gulf and just wanted to confirm about my health status. I have seen none of the symptoms in past 9 months, now and then little rash on genitals which lasts for couple of days think mostly due to sweat. I am concerned!
