I Had Quadruple Bypass Six Years Ago. My Recent Stress

I had quadruple bypass six years ago. My recent stress test showed an abnormal blood flow, and I will be going this week for my cardiologist to read the results. I have worked out three days per week and have tried to manage my diet. However, the last two years have been the most stressful I have ever experienced. My questions is, could this have caused this possible blockage? Thanks for your answer.
