I Had Some Blurry Vision, Was Told I Had Cataracts,

I had some blurry vision, was told I had cataracts, had surgery and implant of multifocal toric lense. My blurriness is more than before surgery, no change in vividness of colors or "brightness" in surroundings.. I can read, but closer vision requires readers. My mid vision is good, but distance still a problem. I will still need a trifocal lense and expensive glasses. Now, I am told my cataracts were not really significant , and the surgery was for my astigmatism. Can I have lenses removed? What are my options?
