I Had Symptoms Of Indigestion And Gas Last Year. I

I had symptoms of indigestion and gas last year. I used to have frequent burping, belching and uneasy feeling in stomach after one or two hours of having food. I went for endoscopy and found mild fundal gastritis. I was given domperidone and rabeprazole for one month and I recovered. I was asked to quit drinking and smoking. Recently I worked in night shifts and late night shifts for sometime and had problems with sleeping patterns. The same symptoms have started again after one year. Please tell me what to do.
