I Had Unprotected Intercourse & 3 Days Later I Had Cramping & Spotted Light Pinkish Color. Is This A Sign Of Pregnancy ?

I recently took out the mirena and was off of the mirena for 10 days. when my husband and I had unprotected intercourse. Then 3 days later, i had cramping and the following day spotted light pinkish color. Is this a sign of pregnancy , what are your thoughts ?

Hi,thanks for query.Once mirena is removed you are unprotected.Cramping and spotting are not signs of pregnancy,unless you have missed period,pregnancy can not be diagnosed.Once you miss periods you can go for pregnancy test .But you must use some other contraception method if you do not want pregnancy.
