I Had Unprotected Sex And Oral Sex With Someone's Unknown

I had unprotected sex and oral sex with someone's unknown hiv status. I started to panic after 3-4 weeks after that encounter when I got a rash on my genitals, between my legs and underneath my armpit. I've had this rash on and off for about 2 months. I'm beyond worried! I did an INSTI finger prick, rapid hiv test at 4.5 weeks and 6.5 weeks possible exposure. Both being negative and did another lab test at a parent planning site at 7.5 weeks possible exposure and also came back negative. Should I retest at 12 weeks, and if so what are the chances of a negative turning positive after 12 weeks?? Has anyone ever heard of a negative at 7.5 weeks turning positive at 12 weeks? please reply as soon as possible. I'm extremely stressed out. It has definitely been a learning experience.
