I Have 3 Swollen Lymph Nodes On Both Sides Of

I have 3 swollen lymph nodes on both sides of my neck the one on the right can be small and hard to find but can change to be large and bulging. I constantly touch them and people have told me if i keep touching them they won't go away but i've had them for a long time and i'm worrying it may be something like cancer. I'm fourteen voice is getting deeper, and i have hypothyroidism which i take sythroid for im not sure if either of those can affect my lymph nodes at all. Thank you for your time.
