I Have Bipolar Disorder. I Have RA And Nerve Damage.

I have Bipolar disorder. I have RA and nerve damage. My pain doctor put me on Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen 7,5-325 T I did not have any problem with this until last Saturday. I am unable to sleep at all. Since Saturday I have had a total of about 6 hours of sleep over the past 5 days. My pain doctor believes I need to stop taking my Pristiq. Pristiq is the first medication that has helped me with my disorder. The medication I have listed above has made me very hyper and unable to rest at all it have the opposite effect on me. Is there any pain medication that is strong enough to stop the pain but will not me unable to not be so hyper? My email address is YYYY@YYYY .
