I Have C. Diff. I Am Taking Flagyl, And Have

I have C. Diff. I am taking Flagyl, and have been on it for 4 days. The last two times I voided, my urine was an orange, red color that I am assuming is blood. The color was darkest in the bottom of the bowl as if the urine was heavier than the water and sort of sunk. No blood streaks, uniform color. I am drinking plenty of fluids and have only had 3 loose stools this morning. I have no bladder pain just front side pain that comes and goes. Wondering if I should be concerned.
