I Have Crohn's And IBS-D And Later Have Had Pancreatic

I have Crohn's and IBS-D and later have had pancreatic insufficiency for a couple of years now and take 36,000 Creon. Last colonoscopy October 2015 there was thickness noticed and the ileocecal section of colon. I have been having symptoms of thin diameter stool, colon pain that is constant, straining to have BMs even when it's diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and exhaustion, which gets worse now when I do not take the Creon. My GI just ups my dose of Creon without looking for the cause of all of these symptoms. I just saw him today and he just continued my prescription for more Creon. The worse constant pain is on the left lower colon, not where the IC valve is which is confusing. Following colonoscopy GI had CT-scan and MRI done, which only found right kidney growths and some thickening which doctor does not think are anything. Please help me. I am desperate.
