I Have Crohn's Disease And IBS. Have Been Diagnosed For

I have Crohn's disease and IBS. Have been diagnosed for over a year now. Over the last 3 days I have had what I can only imagine is heart burn. It's a pain that starts from my breastbone, is worse along my collar bone and radiates in to my neck and throat. It feels a bit like a trapped air bubble that rises from my chest in to my throat. Does this sound to you like heartburn? Could it be linked to my other illnesses? And does it mean things are getting worse for me if I now have heartburn which I've only ever experienced before when pregnant (never to this level of pain though). Along with the heartburn I have been even more fatigued than usual and very achy. Particularly in my shoulders and in my jaw. Gaviscon tablets do seem to calm it slightly but not fully. It's been a constant thing for 3 days now. Not just after eating. Worse when I first wake up and when laying down.
