I Have Eczema Since Childhood. How To Get Rid Of This ?

i have eczema since i was 2-3 yrs old..im 17 now and it is the same.all over my body,my arms,my legs,almost everywhere except the face and hands.it itches alot and is dry.i have visited many doctors and have applied many different ointments but to no avail.no one has found out the reason behind this. plz give me a suggestion
