I Have NO Thyroid. It Was Removed 12+ Years Ago.

I have NO thyroid. It was removed 12+ years ago. I am female, 72, with controlled HBP currently taking Synthroid 100mcg since March of this year.
Before Synthroid it was Levothyroxin from 150 mcg down to 125mcg,
The results of a blood test in late March is as follows:
T3, free level is 3.6; T4 free level is 1.9, and TSH 3rd generation is 0.01.
My hands are always cold, as am I, and my finger tips are always numb!
I just started seeing an endocrinologist in March and she changed me to Synthroid and added T3 on top.
