I Have Polycythemia Vera, Skin Cancer And Have Now Been

I have Polycythemia Vera, Skin Cancer and have now been diagnosed with High Grade dysplasia of the colon, 6 polops were taken out. I also have Dercums Disease, Histoplasmosis, Hereditary Angioedema and a leaking heart valve. I need to know if all of these blood diseases are related. I also need to know how High Grade Dysplasia fits into all of this and what is my chances of survival for at least 5 years.
