I Have A 23 Year History Of Back And Neck

I have a 23 year history of back and neck pain post MVA. A recent lumbar spine MRI shows the following:
Minimal anterolisthesis L4-L5, 2mm
Mild disc dessication, most prominent at L5-S1
Mild-moderate endplate degenerative changes T12-L1 and mild endplate and mild-moderate facet arthritic change.
L4-L5 Moderate-severe facet degenerative change with some fluid in facet joints, right worse than left.
L5-S1-mild endplate and moderate facet degeneration, with minimal disc bulge 1-2mm.
Impression: Spondylitic changes most prominently L4-L5.
I am 50 years old and work 40-55 hours a week and am in pain constantly. Can anything be done about these conditions?
