I Have A 8 Year Old Italian Greyhound That Is

I have a 8 year old Italian greyhound that is not currently living with me but is in the care of my brother. He just phoned me and told me that she is all of the sudden acting very strange - unable to walk straight and lethargic. He left them home for a few hours so he is not certain when this behavior started. He told me she was running around this morning, ate and pooped like normal this morning. She has a hx of pancreatitis when was about 1.5 y.o. I'm not sure what could be going on. He said there is nothing out in the open that she could have gotten into and my chihuahua that also live in the house is perfectly fine.
