I Have A Bad Cold With A Low Grade Fever.

I have a bad cold with a low grade fever. Not much food for the past few days, but lots of water and tea with honey. My urine is orange. This concerns me. The last time it was orange I had an episode of chemical hepatitis. I am no longer taking any medications, except a small dose of Tylenol for the fever and body aches. Should I be concerned, or is it probably just dehydration, even though I am drinking quite a bit?
