I have a black spot on my upper left ankle that is dry and itches. I have had it for about a month now, I do have exzema but have not had a break out in years, what could this be and what OTC medicine can I take

It could be due to some allergy or insect bite.
Take oral anti allergic drug and use local skin cream which contain sterroid .
Don't take otc medicines because it is for one month
Consult dermatologist for better medical management.
