I Have A Bump On Top Of My Mouth And My Throat Hurts While Swallowing

Every time I swallow, one side of my throat hurts. I have a bump on the top of my mouth all the way in the back; however, I have one on the other side as well. When I run my tongue over the bump on the side of the throat that hurts the bump causes me pain as well. The other bump is perfectly fine. I m also having pain in my ear on that side. Do I have an infection?

Hello

yes it is likely that the bump is an infection and you will need antibiotics for it.Please dont ignore this as if you are a smoker or alcoholic then it is likely to be something more sinister and i would like you to meet your doctor as soon as possible.
