I Have A Bump Under My Skin Near My Groin. Should I Just Do Hot Compresses And Massage The Bump To Break It Up?

I have a bump under my skin near my groin and it s all swollen and the swelling goes all the down my labia. It s 4 times bigger than my right side. It s extremely painful and has been like this for 3-4 days. I m assuming it s a clogged duct or something inside but it hasn t broken up yet. Should I just do hot compresses and massage the bump to break it up? It s not an ingrown hair and there s nothing to pop, as it s under my skin. Please help.

You may take a week of oral antibiotic along with anti inflammatory e.g Ibuprofen.
