I Have A Circular Red Rash That Appeared On My

I have a circular red rash that appeared on my face 3 moths ago, in the middle of the rash was a small bump. I stayed for about a week and disappeared. Since then it keeps coming back in the same place and the bump each time is larger. sometimes it goes away for weeks before it reappears other times just a few days....
