I Have A Couple White Spots On My Brain And,

I have a couple white spots on my brain and, while I'm sure that you can't give me a definite diagnosis, could give me some possibilities?? I had an MRI a month or so ago, and the report came back as "normal". When I went to see a neuro-surgeon about a neck issue, he looked at the neck MRI and also my brain MRI. It was then he found the white spots. He is sending me to a neurologist on Wednesday, but I am stressed to the max wondering if I have a brain tumor. Thank you.
