I Have A Cyst On The Bottom Of My Foot

I have a cyst on the bottom of my foot on the tendon. The doctor said it was nothing to worry about unless it caused pain. The cyst has leaked the fluid under the skin and my foot has turned red up the side of my foot . It looks like blisters are forming and I can hardly walk on it. The same thing happened last year, it blistered up and the skin peeled off my foot on the side but I didn't have the pain I am having now. I have been soaking it in Epsom salts and warm water.
