I Have A Hard Lump About The Size Of A

I have a hard lump about the size of a marble behind my left ear at the base of the skull. It has increased in size over the past couple of months. I also have what feels like a constant itch under the skin along that side of my skull that is never satisfied. In addition I have been waking up in pain on that side of my neck when turning over in bed as well as sweating profusely. Should I be concerned?
