I Have A Headache What Feels Behind My Eye And

I have a headache what feels behind my eye and have taken 6 aspirin already today... my scalp on my right side..behind the eye that hurts, feels numb. Is this just stress? Just to clarify, behind my right eye is the "ache" my saclp feels numb from my right temple to the back of my head (right side only)
