I Have A Heart Monitor Implanted In My Chest To

I have a heart monitor implanted in my chest to track heart rate activity. The doctors have recorded to episodes of AFIB in 6 weeks, the longest lasting 17 hrs, the shorter one lasting about 20 min.
Just this week the nurse technician called me to tell me that she noticed my heart stopped beating for 3 seconds. I was completely oblivious to the incident, that is to say, not symptomatic.

What could this be a sign of? What questions should I be asking?
