I Have A Large Area Of Skin Around My Ankle

I have a large area of skin around my ankle that is swollen, very red and burning. Some drainage.
Foot is also swollen. Dermatologist has given me antibiotic- but no improvement in over a week. Did not specify any ointment or any other treatment. Any suggestion?
