I Have A Large Pea Sized Bump On My Labia Minora. Is It Cyst ?

I recent had sex two days ago. I have tested negative for stds but I think I have a cyst on my labia minora . Its a hard pea sized bumo but its very red and swollen. It wasnt there last night. Its quite uncomfortable. Could a cyst develop that quickly? And what should the tx be?

It could be infection of the hair follicle. It could be infection of the birtholin cyst. get examined. Treatment for birtholin cyst includes: sitz baths for small abscesses. All others require incision and drainage. Marsupilization (surgical removal of the cyst/abscess) is required for repeated occurrences.
