I Have A Large Swelling Above My Collar Bone. What It Could Be?

hi i woke up this morning with a large swelling above my collar bone ... but i know it's not a lymph node or a swollen gland it feels swollen , i am not sick i don't have a cold what could this be ?

Swelling above collar bone always needs investigation irrespective ,whether it produces sign & symptoms or not.It can be due to plenty of reasons.both enign & malignant.
