I have a lump on my lower leg above my ankle and when i move my foot and step down it hurts and when i lift my leg i had x-ray and they couldnt see anything what oould it be its freaking me out i dont want surg

It is hard to tell without actually examining you. But what I guess it could be is a gangiolic cyst. An outpatient procedure done by a dermatologist may be able to remove it successfully.
