I Have A Lump On The Top Of My Left

I have a lump on the top of my left testicle. Prior to finding this, I have been having pain for about 4 days now hitting all the way up to my groin area.

Before all of this a few months ago I did have uncomfortable pain when I as urinating with no dishcharge, it went away, then I had this lump below my neck. Went to my primary and he put me on a 10 day 300mg antibiotic. After 10 days, all of my symptom went away.

Now this is happening and I'm pretty scared. I am sexually active and have been with the same partner for almost a year.
