I Have A Lump On The Top Of My Left

I have a lump on the top of my left testicle, it moves a bit and hurts, I feel it connected to a tube like at the top that runs to the back, my right has it too but it is much smaller. I also have lower abdominal bloating and feel hot around the groin area. The discomfort started after I was moving a lot of heavy boxes. Also I've suffered from an infection in the testicles a couple of times a few years ago. And my brother and dad have history of cysts in there. What do I have?
