I Have A Methylprednisone 4mg Pk That I Started This

I have a methylprednisone 4mg pk that I started this morning @ 7:00 am. This is for swelling of the cornea. I have a previous cornea transplant on this eye 11 yrs ago. I didn't see the instructions on the back of the tabs. So I took the 6 tablets with my breakfast. My instructions on the box : Take 6 tablets on day 1; 5 tablets day 2; 4 tabs day 3 ; 3 tabs on day 4; 2 tabs on day 5; 1 tab on day 6. May I continue taking my daily dose in the morning with my breakfast? I have troubling sleeping and some anxiety which I take 20 mg of zofran @ bedtime.. I am a 77 yr ole grandma and other health issues such as bronceactisis! Fibromyalgia , colonic inertia, bursitis in right hip. Thank u I advance for your help! I appreciate it!
