I Have A Pain In Lower Right Pelvis. It Is

I have a pain in lower right pelvis. It is a pinching type pain an sometime when it occurs, it tends to go up to the upper abdomen. It is a quick pain and is immediately gone. I would describe it as if you felt the pain from being stuck with a pin and then the pain is gone. This started four days ago, but the pain is usually only a couple of times a day. I do have an ovarian cyst, but untra sound taken a month ago shows no change since the last image. I have had this cyst four years. I am 71 years old.
