I have a patches in inner tigh near my pennis but ie's paining when i pinched it so can i think tat's not leporacy then wat s it can any one clear me i'm rubbing that every day but it's not goin what is the patch mean

Leave them alone, do not rub and pinch, but get them tested by a skin specialist, they are in delicate place and need immediate attention.
