I Have A Pea Size Bump On The Inside Of My Labia Majora, How To Get Rid Of It ?

I noticed a pea size bump on the inside of my labia majora, I was tested 2 weeks ago for STDs and all test were neg. So what could this bump be?

Such a pea sized bump as you have described is most likely to be due to a blocked gland. If the swelling is not painful or there is no discharge, then you can just ignore it. Otherwise a surgical removal and antibiotics are needed.
