I Have A Persistent Dry Cough Since July And Now

I have a persistent dry cough since July and now my nose is always bleeding and always feeling stuffed. I get colds very easily but always on my chest. I have been tested for ashmas, cat scan on lungs, allegories and light down throat. where else do I look for a solution?
