I Have A Pore (larger Than Normal Pimple Pore) Near

I have a pore (larger than normal pimple pore) near my tear duct, in the corner of my right eye. It has been dormant and pretty much just stayed there like an identity mark for me. But since last year, Close to it I had noticed a small lump but paid no heed. Past couple of days the swelling region has grown and from the pore gooey smelly whitish gunk is oozing out. Everytime I touch that area it oozes out. The swelling region is slightly painful now. What condition could this be?
