I Have A Positive Medical Hx For DVTs And Have

I have a positive medical hx for DVTs and have been on pradaxa for almost two years. I also have had a transphenoidal resection of a pitutary adenoma that basically trashed the hypothalamic pituitary axis and now I have hot flashes that are severe and very frequent. I found info where a doctor at the mayo clinic said that persons who are on anticoagulants can still use HRT. How do I find a doctor who would take that chance? And mostly, what can I do about these hot flashes because I am miserable much of the time.
