I Have A Question. I Am 39 Years Old. My

I have a question. I am 39 years old. My husband and I are trying to have a second kid.
My period came 2 weeks early this month and it was heavy. It started on Tuesday and it still going but the flow is now lighter. My hormones have been going crazy, such as crying for little reason & getting upset easily (this to me seems like a symptom that my body is under stress; similar to when I recovered from my kidney removal surgery in 2010). My stomach has been upset (less nausea but diarrhea) and averse to meat/heavy/other foods every time I eat.
Is it possible that I had a miscarriage? But since I would have been only 2 weeks or less along, should it be that severe? Could this be something else.
