I Have A Rash That Started On Middle Of My

I have a rash that started on middle of my back& appeared as a bite or boil about 3 months ago. I treated it as spider bite, but it never got well. Now just a hard boil and look as though it needs to ne lanced with intense itching. Then, 2 more bites appeared on my back Nothing ever came out of boil when squeezed. I went to m Primary care doctor & he said it didn't look like Shingles but gave me 1 week of meds & ointment, treating it as it were Shingles but no relief whatsoever. Rash appeared on right hip with more inching. Other problems are night sweats, waking every morning soaked but no fever that I am aware of. I have RA and being treated with Arava pill 1 per day and take infusion Simponi every 60 days at my Rheumatology office. Recently having problems with sunlight or bright lights while driving or just going outdoors. I get very tired all at once and crash not being able to keep eyes open. also, mind goes 90 miles as hour and lots of anxiety! I take a 5mg Predisone per day; 40 mg Citilapram; 10 mg Zopidien at night. No history of heart, BP problems! I am 70 yrs old; 5'3 tall; 168 lbs; and have always been healthy except for RA about 9 yrs ago. Please if you have any suggestions for me, please advise. Thank you, Patt Judd
