I Have A Raw To The Bone On The Back

I have a raw to the bone on the back of my right leg. Cold feet numb. Tingling and sharp stabbing pain in my girl parts and in my buttocks. The raw feeling all over the back of right leg nothing physically there. Looked in a mirror. But I am in pain. Usually last a few days then goes away but comes back in another area of my body. Usually hit the backs of my legs arm buttocks under arms and sides. It hurts to wear clothes. Taking a hit bath is painful. I take neurontin but it doesn't do much..
